Rissoto de remolacha
Cada vez que me acuerdo de los platos de Enrich se me hace la boca agua, que bien se comía, pero que poco podíamos estar con los niños, y una vida familiar era imposible.
De vez en cuando le pido a Víctor que me haga unos de mis platos preferidos y nos devuelve al pasado por unos momentos.

A que se debe este cambio
Este cambio se debe a que he ido haciendo lo que yo creía que me gustaba y las oportunidades que he tenido en la vida. Estudié comunicación corporativa, marketing, publicidad y relaciones públicas. Con 18 años, no tenía idea de lo que quería hacer en la vida. Me fui a París para estudiar la carrera, y trabajé en Ralph Lauren en el departamento de moda. Allí, encontré una familia y aprendí un montón.
Rest & recharge
Mi marido decidió que quería dejarlo todo y darle una oportunidad a su sueño: ser cocinero. Estuvo trabajando en varios restaurantes y nos surgió la oportunidad de irnos a París, a hacer un curso de Cordon Bleu. Dejé mi trabajo durante 1 año, y a la vuelta de París, mi marido montó un restaurante, que luego llegaron a ser cinco. Ayudarle en este emprendimiento me divertía mucho. Yo estaba en la sala y él en la cocina. Fueron 10 años de experiencia.
