STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Send us an email to elatelierdemery@gmail.com with your order details and your request for an exchange or return. We will reply with the shipping information for your exchange or return if it's within the deadline.

2. You must return the package to us as fragile and insured within 3 days. (We are not responsible for any broken parts that arrive.)

3. Once we receive the part and check that it is in perfect condition, we will exchange or refund it within 5 business days.
