EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If the piece isn't what you expected, you can exchange it or request a refund within 14 days of delivery (personalised orders excluded).

ATELIER POTTERY does not cover the shipping costs of exchanges or returns.

How it works:

1. Email us at studio@elatelierpottery.com with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you are within the deadline, we will reply with the return instructions.

2. Send the parcel back to us within 3 days, marked as fragile and insured (we cannot take responsibility for pieces that arrive broken).

3. Once we receive the piece and check that it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund within 5 working days.
